Facial cupboard

To be honest, I have no idea what it is. It's just that some kind of surrealistic mood flooded one day. I only know that IT is standing somewhere in the basement of an ancient mansion, smelling of dark enchantments, and that heads like to chat with each other in the dark. Oh, and most importantly, it's best not to make noise around it.
